1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CartKaro (www.cartkaro.com  you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions If you do not agree please do not use our platform

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or register as a seller Use of the platform by minors must be supervised by a legal guardian

3. User Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • You agree to provide accurate complete and current information during registration and checkout

  • CartKaro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation

4. Product Listings and Availability

  • All product descriptions images prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice

  • CartKaro does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party seller listings

5. Orders, Payment & Shipping

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment (excluding Cash on Delivery).

  • Shipping timelines may vary based on location and logistics partners.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes as per destination country laws.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • India Return window is typically 7 days unless specified otherwise

  • International Return window is 14 days buyer bears shipping costs unless defective

  • Refunds are processed within 5–15 business days after return verification

  • Cancellation is allowed before dispatch Post-dispatch standard return rules apply

7. Seller Terms (For Businesses)

  • Sellers must comply with local laws, product safety standards and ethical business practices

  • CartKaro reserves the right to delist or suspend sellers for violations fraud or policy breach

  • Payouts will be made as per agreed settlement cycles after order completion and return window closure

8. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful activities

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

  • Upload malware spam or abusive content

  • Impersonate other users or CartKaro staff

9. Privacy Policy

By using our services you also agree to our Privacy Policy which governs how we collect store and use your data

10. Limitation of Liability

CartKaro is not liable for

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Product issues from third-party sellers

  • Losses due to user errors or internet outages

11. Intellectual Property

All content (text, logo, design, software) is owned by CartKaro You may not copy reproduce or use any part without written permission

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • For Indian users: Governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Kolkata West Bengal

  • For International users: Subject to applicable laws in the user’s country and international commerce laws.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms
